A top rated national law firm is looking to identify a Financial Systems Analyst! This role assists in supporting the firm's financial systems and processes, data analytics operations, and business intelligence tools. This role provides technical expertise in supporting, maintaining, analyzing, and optimizing financial applications and processes. The position serves as a key technical liaison for the Finance department and assists in streamlining financial operations and workflows. Previous hands-on experience with legal financial platforms (including Aderant, Intapp Time, Emburse, and BigHand applications) is essential for this position.

Job Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certification):

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or Information Systems (IS) related field.
  • Four (4) + years of financial systems experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and business metrics.
  • Law firm experience preferred.
  • Experience with legal financial systems (Aderant, Intapp Time, Emburse, BigHand Applications).
  • Knowledge of database and cube structures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and database management.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, BigHand-Iridium BI, SSRS).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Access, VBA, and Office 365 applications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
