Position: Legal Expert — Civil Litigator (Deposition Transcript Review)
Type:Contract
Compensation:$120–$140/hour
Location:Remote
Commitment:20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate a full rough deposition transcript of roughly 250 pages to author reference answers for AI model measurement.
• Write gold-standard answers to about 100 questions, citing support by page and line.
• Complete eight short litigation tasks derived from the same transcript.
• Prepare all gold answers independently, noting any AI tool usage only for navigation.
• Own every answer end to end to ensure consistent judgment across all questions and tasks.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Practicing civil litigator with experience in taking and defending 50+ depositions.
• Expertise in commercial, contract, or personal injury litigation.
• Comfortable working from a long rough transcript and citing it precisely by page and line.
• J.D. and licensed to practice law in the U.S.
