    Description

    We seeking a highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant with at least 5 years of experience to support the Chairman of the Tax and Private Wealth Group. The ideal candidate must possess excellent computer, administrative, and organizational skills; maintain great attention to detail; be an excellent communicator; be intuitive; and work well with a diverse group of people. Candidate must be proficient in Word, Outlook, Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, and document management software. Salary is commensurate with experience.

    What You'll Do:

    • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman of the Tax and Private Wealth Group.
    • Manage and maintain the Chairman’s calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Chairman.
    • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
    • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and ensure all documentation is accurate and properly formatted.
    • Perform other administrative duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, and document management software.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
    • Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
    • Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of people and build strong working relationships.
