Legal Courier / Driver

General duties include: File and retrieve documents from area courts using the firm-provided vehicle. Previous experience in a law firm, legal office, or working with area courts is a definite plus.

Nesco Resource is assisting our client in their search for a legal courier/driver to support a leading law firm in Uniondale, NY. If you enjoy driving, have an excellent driving record, and are looking for a professional Monday–Friday position, we’d love to hear from you! Previous experience in a law firm, legal office, or working with area courts is a definite plus. Travel is within the tri-state area. 

Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

General duties include:

• File and retrieve documents from area courts using the firm-provided vehicle.
• Deliver trial material to area courts.
• Deliver documents and materials to: lawyers' homes, client offices, etc.
• Occasional chauffeuring of VIP personnel.
• Maintain firm vehicle through use of outside services
• Maintain a published schedule
• Maintain expense account

Qualifications include:

• An excellent driving record
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to reconcile expenses
• Familiarity with area court systems would be helpful.

$40,000-$50,000/year
