Legal Counsel RoleHybrid Legal Counsel role based in Miami.Leading global travel company based in Miami, Florida.Job DescriptionAs Legal Counsel, this varied role is responsible for:Advise on legal, corporate regulatory and compliance matters.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and other legal documents.Collaborate with internal teams to manage legal risks and ensure alignment with company goals.Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting the business.Provide training and guidance to staff on legal best practices.Support corporate governance and policy development initiatives.Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation of legal matters.Work closely with outside counsel as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
