Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong writing and communication skills who is interested in building a career in immigration field? Do you enjoy working with clients, managing detailed documentation, and handling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment?

We are seeking a Legal Case Manager to join our team. This position doesn't require a legal degree or prior immigration law experience. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing guidance to help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the role.

Salary Range: $50,000- $55,000 (annually) 

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and edit case-related documents and correspondence based on internal guidelines and established procedures.
  • Review and revise materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Communicate with clients through our case management system to address inquiries, request information and documentation, and provide case updates.
  • Assist with reference letter projects and other case-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to keep cases moving forward.
  • Manage multiple cases and priorities while meeting established deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case records and documentation.
  • Work under deadlines to ensure timely completion and submission of client cases; occasional overtime may be required.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Good English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good client service and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to learn complex processes and apply detailed guidelines consistently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Previous experience in legal services, immigration, client service, writing, or another detail-oriented professional environment is a plus but not required.
  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred but not required.
