Candidates must possess a combination of essential skills and experience. Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus, providing a solid foundation for understanding legal terminology and processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial, enabling you to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities will help you prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software is necessary for day-to-day responsibilities.In addition to providing administrative and legal support, this role is responsible for assisting with the firm's billing processes, including preparing invoices, reviewing billing entries for accuracy, coordinating with attorneys on billing matters, and helping ensure timely and accurate client billing.A professional demeanor paired with excellent client service skills will enhance the firm's reputation. Successful candidates should also be able to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
