Legal Assistant to join their team in Uniondale. This position offers the opportunity to support attorneys on commercial lending and transactional matters.
We Offer:- Pay: Up to $80K

Responsibilities:- Support attorneys with commercial lending and transactional matters.
- Assist with loan closings, legal documents, and filings.
- Organize and maintain transaction files and records.
- Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and other parties.
- Assist with billing, document preparation, and general administrative needs.
Qualifications:- 1+ years of Legal Assistant or Litigation Support experience
- Exposure to commercial lending, banking, loans, or real estate preferred
