About the Opportunity
10X Recruitment has been retained by a growing plaintiff personal injury firm in Phoenix to find an organized, detail-driven Legal Assistant to support its litigation team. This is a confidential search, and nothing will be shared without your consent.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative and case-related tasks
- Manage and maintain personal injury case files in the firm’s case management system
- Track case deadlines, court dates, and statute of limitations requirements
- Provide exceptional client service while handling sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
- Previous experience in a personal injury law firm preferred
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and professional judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
This position will be onsite at the firm's Phoenix office. Compensation is competitive based on experience.
