This role is offered by LHH in partnership with a leading law firm in San Diego seeking an experienced Legal Assistant with a strong background in healthcare and administrative support.SalarySalary: $95K to $115K, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits including paid vacation and sick leave, paid firm holidays, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), Group Life Insurance, LTD, LTC option, Flexible Spending Account, and a monthly travel/parking allowance.Employment TypeFull-Time, Direct Hire, Hybrid (4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to attorneys, including calendar management and travel coordinationSchedule and coordinate client and board meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled with precisionMaintain frequent and professional client contact, acting as a liaison between clients and attorneysPrepare, format, edit, and redline legal documents with a high degree of accuracyManage document filing and organization using iManage or similar document management systemsSupport litigation processes including e-filing and managing the litigation lifecycleAssist with proofreading, formatting, and document comparisonCollaborate with attorneys and staff across departments to ensure seamless workflowQualificationsMinimum of 5+ years of legal assistant experience, with California civil litigation expertise2–3 years of healthcare law experienceStrong understanding of federal and state court filing rules and proceduresProficient in Microsoft Word (2010 or higher), Outlook, and iManageKnowledge of CompuLaw, Best Authority, Adobe Pro, Comparite, and CCC Macros is a plusExceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage complex calendarsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPositive, collaborative attitude with a proactive mindset and ability to work independentlyEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled#J-18808-Ljbffr
