Our growing law firm is seeking a Full-Time In-Person Legal Assistant/Receptionist for our Hinesville office as our main office hours are currently from 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be customer-service driven, team-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English with a Bilingual Skill set preferred (Spanish/Creole/Russian/+).No prior legal experience is required if previous Customer Service and Communication Skills have been obtained. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage a high volume of incoming calls, ability to process mail, and strong attention to detail.
