Our client is searching for an experienced Senior Paralegal who knows how to keep complex transactions moving, stays two steps ahead of deadlines, and takes real ownership of the details behind a successful closing.
You'll work alongside legal and business leadership in a fast-moving real estate environment where initiative, judgment, organization, and follow-through are highly valued.

- Take ownership of transaction timelines, critical dates, closing checklists, outstanding items, and follow-up across multiple active deals.
- Support commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, leasing matters, and financing transactions.
- Coordinate closings with title companies, lenders, brokers, outside counsel, and other transaction partners.
- Review title commitments, surveys, settlement statements, payoff information, lien waivers, and related closing documentation.
- Organize due diligence materials and identify missing information or potential issues that need attorney review.
- Prepare strong initial drafts of real estate documents using established templates and precedent.
- Track document versions, signatures, execution status, and post-closing requirements.
- Maintain entity records, transaction files, closing binders, templates, trackers, and checklists.
- Work collaboratively with legal, development, construction, accounting, and property management teams.
- Use technology and AI tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency while recognizing when attorney review or additional judgment is required.
What They're Looking For
- 5-10 years of experience supporting commercial real estate transactions within a law firm, title company, development organization, or in-house legal department.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate closing mechanics, including title, surveys, escrow, financing documents, and settlement statements.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and details across several transactions simultaneously.
- Confidence working directly with outside counsel, lenders, title representatives, brokers, and other professionals.
- Strong attention to detail, including comfort reviewing prorations, payoffs, settlement figures, and wire information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional approach.
- Someone who takes initiative, follows through, communicates proactively, and knows when an issue needs to be escalated.
- Comfort with Microsoft 365, DocuSign, and AI-assisted tools.
