We are committed to contributing positively to the communities where we live, work and play.We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Legal Assistant to support the Corporate Legal Team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of time management, technology acumen and interpersonal skills to help drive the effectiveness of the Legal Department.Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation Development, Support and ManagementPrepare, format and proofread presentations and reportsCoordinate and monitor cross‑functional document collection for board meetingsOrganize files and manage the Legal Team's SharePoint document repositoryDraft routine correspondenceProcess incoming mail and route appropriatelyEnter and update contract and matter information in the department's contract systems and matter management systems; generate reports as requestedRoute documents for signature and track execution statusCoordinate and support onboarding of new legal team membersDepartment Technology AdministrationServe as the primary point of contact for adding and removing access to Legal Department technologyTroubleshoot user issuesSupport implementation of and enhancements to Legal Department technologyMeeting, Calendar and Travel SupportCoordinate internal and external meetings involving Legal team membersManage calendars and book travel for Legal leadershipCoordinate logistics, prepare agendas, assemble decks, presentation and handouts, and order supplies for legal team meetingsProcess expense reportsSubpoena & Legal Request CoordinationUnder the supervision of an attorney, intake subpoenas and coordinate responses with business stakeholdersMonitor and triage Legal Team group mailbox and matter intake systems (e.g., ServiceNow)Update matter management, tracking systemsIntranet SupportManage Legal Department content that appears on the Company intranet including the Legal Hub and the Corporate Policy Library, ensuring that the content stays up‑to‑date, accessible and relevantGeneral Department Operations SupportAdditional duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the Legal DepartmentQualificationsAssociates' Degree or equivalent in relevant area; Bachelor's preferred; Experience in lieu of degree will be considered3+ years administrative support experience, preferably in a legal department or law firmExperience supporting legal or compliance teams strongly preferredExperience with legal technology platforms including e‑billing and contract lifecycle management systems preferredFamiliar with Power BI, DocuSign or similar e‑signature platform, e‑billing or matter management systems, contract lifecycle systems strongly preferredNotary or willingness to become a notaryStrong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and Adobe ProBenefitsOur teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play.
