Legal Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to join our team and support our attorneys in providing high-quality legal work, we are a high volume office. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Salary is based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and manage pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
• Prepare trial binders and exhibits

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn
• 1 year of experience minimum in the legal field
• Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computers and document management systems.
• Calendaring experience (preferred) 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work managing high volume case related deadlines
