Description
A well established firm is searching for a hard working Legal Assistant This is a great firm that is passionate about what they do. They are looking forward to having someone join that wants to contribute to the team. The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent job tenure and strong e-filing (state and federal) and calendaring skills. Requirements:
At least 4+ years of experience as a legal assistant in California
Sate and federal filings
Calendaring
Scheduling depositions
Working with vendors
Assisting with trial prep, binders, docs
Assisting attorneys with expense coding
Attention to detail
Travel arrangements
Research
Proofreading
Must be easy-going
