Responsibilities
Prepare, draft, and review legal documents and correspondence
Manage case files and maintain organized records
Assist attorneys with case preparation and litigation support
Schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, and court appearances
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Conduct legal research and gather supporting documentation
Track deadlines and ensure timely case management
Support attorneys with administrative and legal tasks as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar legal support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
