Legal Assistant

Growing Little Rock law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support attorneys who provide a full range of legal services to individuals and business organizations of all forms and sizes, including sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations.

Responsibilities include:

• Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper litigation files
• Managing attorney calendars and monitoring important deadlines
• Drafting pleadings and correspondence
• Handling court e-filing
• Entering attorney time and assisting with monthly billing
• Reviewing client billing guidelines, preferred vendors, and travel rates
• Generating and uploading case budgets
• Coordinating travel arrangements as needed
• Monitoring client websites for daily document uploads

Qualifications:

• Three to five years of litigation experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Experience with court e-filing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize

Schedule & Compensation In-Office Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Salary ranges from $45,000–$55,000, depending on experience.
