Legal Assistant - Litigation

Skinner Law Firm is a fast‑paced, client‑focused plaintiffs’ law firm seeking a highly organized Litigation Legal Assistant to support multiple attorneys in our Consumer Rights Litigation Department. This role is essential to ensuring seamless scheduling, reliable communication, and professional coordination with clients, courts, and legal service providers.

This position is a full-time, in-person position during regular office hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

$20 hourly

• Coordinate schedules for depositions, mediations, client meetings, and attorney appointments
• Manage Calendly and track scheduling conflicts and deadlines
• Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, courts, and legal vendors
• Maintain organized digital and physical files
• Prepare basic correspondence and handle outgoing mail
• Arrange travel logistics for attorneys
• Provide general administrative and case support to attorneys and paralegals

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Close attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
