RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general administrative support to the legal team including picking up and scanning mail.
Provide administrative support to Agiloft as needed – assign a reviewer, assist with comparing, compiling, and filing documents as needed.
Insert authorized officers’ e-signatures using AdobeSign from Agiloft and distribute executed agreements to cross-functional teams as needed.
File and maintain documents in Agiloft and Sharepoint.
Process outside counsel invoices, obtain budgets by submitting internal approval system (Cleverse), and maintain legal spends in google sheet accordingly.
Help with responding or forwarding legal inquiries received in general legal inbox as necessary.

REQUIREDQUALIFICATION
Bachelor'sDegreepreferred
3+ yearsofeither law firm or in-house working experience
Tech savvy. Proficient in MS Office Suite, G-Suite, PDF, and not afraid of using and learning any new software systems (e.g. Agiloft)
Proactiveinafast-pacedenvironment
Excellentverbal, and writtencommunication, organizational, and time management skills.
