Reputable firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support Trust & Estate practice. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters, with strong organizational, communication, and document preparation skills. This role works closely with attorneys and clients to draft legal documents, manage filings, coordinate client matters, and provide exceptional administrative and legal support. Key Responsibilities

  • Draft estate planning, probate, and trust administration documents.
  • Prepare and file court documents; record deeds and related filings.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and outside parties.
  • Conduct legal research and gather case-related information.
  • Manage attorney calendars, correspondence, and case files.
