A well-established law firm in the Perimeter area is seeking a Legal Assistant to support its Commercial Real Estate Leasing team. This is a highly visible role working closely with approximately four attorneys, offering a blend of administrative and legal responsibilities.

What You’ll Do
Attorney & Team Support
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and track key deadlines
Assist with day-to-day workflow for a group of attorneys, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
Coordinate travel, client meetings, and occasional events
Document & File Management
Draft, revise, and format legal documents, leases, and correspondence
Open and maintain client/matter files (electronic and hard copy)
Organize and manage documents within the firm’s document management system
Operational & Administrative Duties
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate messenger services as needed
Assist with time entry, billing coordination, and expense tracking
Maintain strict confidentiality across all client matters
Team Contribution
Jump in to assist across the team when priorities shift
Partner with other assistants and departments to keep operations running smoothly
What They’re Looking For
3+ years of legal assistant experience (law firm environment preferred)
