Legal Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars. Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence. Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval of information. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for the team. Assist with the preparation of presentations and other legal materials. Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the department. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the legal department's objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Administrative Assistant should have: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with administrative tasks in a legal or professional services environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. A collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team setting.
