The Legal Assistant II provides general support and office assistance to the Company's attorneys and legal group. This position will be responsible for using their knowledge and skills to assist in managing the Company's litigation and regulatory matters, enhance the Company's legal and compliance processes, and help maintain the Company's ethical and compliance standards. This position is also responsible for processing incoming regulatory complaints and demandsto the Company, and for identifying, documenting, and responding to complaints as appropriate. The position will report to staff or Corporate Counsel and will collaborate with other in-house Counsel / Paralegals and outside attorneys in pursuit of company goals and objectives. The Legal Assistant II will also provide training to Legal Assistant I.
Starting Compensation
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $21.50 (Amount based on office location, relevant experience, skills, and competencies)
