Description

Job Summary: This job position is part time of approx 10 Hours/Weekly. We are looking for Legal Administrative assistant OR assistant Executive Assistant with hands-on experience in Case Management, Safari and Jira.
Responsibilities:

Open, sort, and scan incoming legal and operational mail (4 5 hours/week).
Securely distribute scanned mail to the right team members or systems.
Handle and store confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Review incoming legal emails and upload files into the legal order management tool.
Identify key case details (party name, case number, type of order) and enter into the legal order management tool.
Enter and update case information in the litigation management system.
Organize and maintain accurate legal records.
Generate and share basic reports as needed.
Prepare, edit, and organize legal and business documents.
Support ad hoc legal requests as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in administrative, legal, or executive assistant roles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal/compliance information.
Proficient in scanners, digital filing systems, and Google Workspace.
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with legal order/case management tools such as Safari and JIRA.
