Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare, revise, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
File documents electronically in state and federal courts as needed
Maintain and organize client files and legal records
Handle time entry, billing support, expense reports, and invoice processing
Coordinate conference calls, meetings, and client communications
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
Assist with document management, scanning, copying, and closing binders
Monitor deadlines and assist with tracking case-related dates and deliverables
Communicate with clients, court personnel, vendors, and opposing counsel in a professional manner
Qualifications:
2+ years of legal administrative assistant or legal secretary experience preferred
Experience supporting attorneys within a law firm environment required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with document management and legal billing systems preferred
Strong proofreading and formatting skills
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
