The ideal candidate has extensive administrative experience within a large lawfirm's Corporate area, supporting Partners with calendar management, expense reports, and other tasks.

Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal professionals.
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence with accuracy.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
- Assist in preparing materials for court filings and client presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Track and process billing and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless office operations and client satisfaction.
Profile
A successful Legal Administrative Assistant should have:
- 5+ years of experience in a legal setting, ideally Big Law
- Strong experience supporting Partners in a Corporate practice area.
- Ability to be in office on a hybrid basis (4 days in office).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is preferred.
