    Position Summary 
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Insurance Defense practice group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting litigation attorneys in a fast-paced law firm environment and be comfortable handling complex cases from intake through trial preparation.
     
    Key Responsibilities 
    • Provide high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys in the Insurance Defense group
    • Draft, format, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
    • Coordinate schedules, including hearings, depositions, and meetings while ensuring court compliance and deadlines
    • Maintain and organize case files (physical and electronic) and manage attorney calendars and docket deadlines
    • Interact professionally with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel and assist with trial prep and exhibit management
