A well-established law firm is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) to support its Business Litigation team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting attorneys with a mix of administrative and legal tasks. Position Overview As part of a collaborative legal support team, you will assist attorneys with document preparation, e-filing, calendaring, billing coordination, and day-to-day administrative support. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, clients, and internal teams in a dynamic litigation setting. Key Responsibilities
Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Assist with state and federal e-filing and document management (iManage)
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Maintain and organize client and case files
Handle time entry, expense reports, and billing coordination
Support new matter intake and administrative processes
Communicate with clients, courts, and internal teams
Qualifications
34+ years of litigation legal assistant experience
Law firm experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems (iManage)
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Hybrid schedule: Minimum 3 days in-office required
