Looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager ready to step into a high-visibility role working directly with leadership!

This is a great opportunity to join a stable, growing professional services firm where you’ll oversee daily accounting operations and play a key role in financial reporting and compliance.

? What you will be doing:
?? Oversee full-cycle accounting (AP, cash receipts, payroll)
?? Manage and mentor accounting staff
?? Own month-end close, journal entries, and general ledger
?? Lead trust accounting (IOLTA) + compliance ??
?? Support financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting
?? Partner directly with COO + external CPA/audit team
?? Maintain strong internal controls and improve processes

? What we are looking for:
?? 5–7+ years of accounting experience
?? Law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred
?? Strong trust accounting + compliance knowledge
?? Leadership experience with a hands-on approach
?? Comfortable working with executives and auditors
