KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
Top Skill Sets:
1. Stay on top of weekly updates from all groups within client Legal and NA Legal & Compliance teams
2. Prepare and write weekly reports in Korean for management on key topics
3. Legal analysis, research, issue spotting on key issues
4. Tech background would be a plus, a self-starter who is efficient and motivated to work and learn about upcoming 5G, AI, and interest in overall technology
5. Bilingual in Korean and English (writing, reading, speaking)
Years of experience 5+ years
Job Responsibilities:
- JD from an accredited law school required
- 5+ years of legal experience required
Skills:
- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for businesses
- Summarize cases and their application
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations
- Bilingual in Korean and English (writing, reading, speaking)
