    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Law degree and experience working with or as a paralegal and member in good standing of the Hawaii State Bar; OR
    • Bachelor's degree in paralegal and 3 years of related work experience; OR
    • Any Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related work experience, and recognized post baccalaureate paralegal certificate; OR
    • Any Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience.

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Teaching experience at the community college level.

    • Demonstrated ability to work with community college students.

    • Work experience related to course to be taught.

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively.

    • Familiarity with competency- and outcomes-based instruction.

    • Experience in integrating writing, technology, and thinking skills into teaching.
