Approximate dates of assignment: 9/29/2026 through 1/29/2027. Rate of pay per the SEA CBA.\n \nOUR DISTRICT\n \nThe Sultan School District is one of the larger geographical school districts in the Puget Sound area, consisting of approximately 325 square miles. Sultan School District has approximately 2,200 students enrolled K-12. Students are currently served by two elementary schools, a middle school, a high school and an alternative high school; and the Sno-Isle Skills Center, a cooperative vocational technical school.\n \nOUR COMMUNITY\n \nLocated northeast of Seattle (seven miles east of Monroe) or about 20 minutes from the Woodinville area, Sultan is surrounded by a beautiful environmental setting. Contact Human Resources, 360-793-9800, 514 4th Street, Sultan, WA 98294\n \nNATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION\n \nThe Leave Replacement OT will provide occupational therapy services to students with a variety of educational and developmental needs, supporting their ability to access and participate in the educational environment.\n \nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n Assess students and develop individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals.\n Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services.\n Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers to support student success.\n Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations and IEP team meetings.\n Maintain accurate service records and progress monitoring documentation.\n Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-regulation, and functional skills necessary for school participation.\n \nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\n Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification as an Occupational Therapist, or eligibility for certification.\n Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license.\n Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.\n Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.\n \nCONDITIONS\n \nEMPLOYEES ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION.
