Description

Leave Management Specialist

We are seeking a Leave Management Specialist to administer leave & absence programs for employees from initiation to closure. This role is responsible for managing leave requests, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, coordinating with internal teams, and provide a high level of employee support in a fast-paced & high-volume service center environment. As a Leave Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by managing leave requests and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Location: Atlanta, GA 30339

Schedule: M-F 9am-6pm

Pay: $20-25+ (DOE)
Employment Type: Temp

What You'll Be Doing

  • Reviewing and processing leave applications in a timely manner.

  • Collaborating with employees and managers to facilitate smooth leave transitions.

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of leave balances and usage.

  • Providing guidance and support to employees regarding their leave options and entitlements.

  • Analyzing leave data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state leave regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience level is 3 to 5 years in leave management or related HR functions.

  • Required Skills:

    • Strong understanding of leave laws and regulations.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with case management systems.

    • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other relevant legislation.

    • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
