A well-established organization is looking for a Leave & Benefits Coordinator to support employee leave, benefits, and workplace accommodation programs. This role will be a key resource for employees and managers and will help ensure programs are administered accurately and consistently.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage employee leave programs from start to finish
• 
  
• Coordinate employee benefits and benefits-related processes
• 
  
• Support workplace accommodation requests and employee communications
• 
  
• Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding leave and benefits
• 
  
• Work with benefits vendors and resolve administrative issues
• 
  
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• 
  
• Review processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• 
  
• Support HR projects, communications, and other initiatives as needed
• 
  

Requirements

• 
  
• 3+ years of experience in leave administration and benefits
• 
  
• Strong understanding of HR policies and applicable regulations
• 
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 
  
• Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities
•
