Summary
The Leave and Absence Administrator is responsible for co-administering the organizations leave programs with our Leave and Absence vendor (Sedgwick) while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This position provides exceptional support to and collaboration with Payroll, LOA Vendor, employees, HR, and managers throughout the leave process to maintain accurate records and facilitate smooth transitions for employees taking leave and returning to work. This position also partners closely with the Return-to-Work and Job Accommodation Specialist as part of our centralized leave administration program which currently extends to all locations in the United States of America.
