Career Connection Network is seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist to fill an opening with our client, a local property management company. This is a full-time, temporary to hire opportunity with strong earning potential and a rewarding work environment.
Job Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day leasing needs of a beautiful, high-end apartment community; responsibilities include:
- Greet and tour prospective residents
- Build rapport and guide prospects through the leasing process
- Achieve occupancy goals during lease-up phase
- Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
Qualifications
Qualifications to be successful in this role:
- 3–5 years of apartment/multi-family leasing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and engaging personality
- Sales-driven mindset with a consultative (non-aggressive) approach
- Stable work history reflected on resume
- Ability to pass a background screening
