About the Opportunity
Our team is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing & Resident Services Associateto join a thriving student housing community near campus. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional looking to build experience in customer service, sales, leasing, hospitality, or property management.
As the first point of contact for prospective residents, parents, and current residents, you'll play an important role in creating a positive community experience while supporting the leasing office and helping drive occupancy goals.

What You'll Do
Welcome prospective residents, parents, and visitors to the community
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
Conduct property tours and showcase community amenities
Assist prospective residents throughout the application and leasing process
Support resident move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
Respond to resident questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency
Coordinate service requests with the maintenance team
Maintain accurate leasing, resident, and prospect records
Assist with resident events, community engagement activities, and marketing initiatives
Help maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused leasing office
Support occupancy and resident satisfaction goals
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, positive, and outgoing personality
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, sales, or administrative support
College leadership experience, internships, campus ambassador programs, or student housing experience
Interest in real estate, leasing, property management, or hospitality careers

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
