LHH Recruitment Solutions is proactively recruiting Property Managers and Leasing Managers for upcoming contract and contract-to-hire opportunities with property management organizations across the Portland metro area.
These positions are ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience supporting residential communities, leasing operations, tenant relations, and property administration.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of residential and multifamily properties
Conduct property tours and guide prospective residents through the leasing process
Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors and contractors
Support rent collection efforts and maintain accurate resident records
Monitor occupancy and assist with resident retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
Maintain property management software and prepare routine reports
Qualifications
2+ years of property management, community management, or leasing experience
Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and landlord-tenant regulations
Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
Experience handling lease agreements, resident relations, and occupancy management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, MRI, Entrata, or similar software
Multifamily housing experience
Experience supporting multiple properties or large communities
Ability to start assignments quickly
