Pay: $24per hour

Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday 9am to 6pm

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Tax Credit Leasing Consultant to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) affordable housing, leasing, resident relations, and compliance. If you enjoy helping people find their homes while ensuring program compliance, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Manage apartment leasing activities and maintain high occupancy levels.
• Qualify prospective residents according to LIHTC and affordable housing guidelines.
• Process applications, certifications, and recertifications.
• Explain program requirements and leasing policies to applicants and residents.
• Maintain accurate resident files and compliance documentation.
• Conduct apartment tours and market available units.
• Assist with resident retention and customer service initiatives.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of leasing experience, preferably in affordable housing or tax credit communities.
• Knowledge of LIHTC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, or similar platforms preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
