Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in Hamilton Township, NJ 08610. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping prospective residents find their next home.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for future and current residents. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced leasing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and through email communications.
• Conduct apartment tours and effectively highlight community features, amenities, and benefits.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects to maximize occupancy.
• Process rental applications and assist with lease documentation and move-in procedures.
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect information within property management systems.
• Support resident retention efforts by providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to ensure apartment homes are ready for move-in.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, resident events, and community outreach efforts.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, customer service, sales, or apartment industry experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospective residents.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting leasing goals.
• Proficiency with property management software is a plus.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude required.
