Position: Leasing Consultant

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00/hourly

Location: Tracy, CA

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with apartment rentals and leasing inquiries.
• Support lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service to residents and prospects.
• Use sales and communication skills to build rapport and support leasing goals.
• Complete related administrative tasks and maintain organized records.
• Work independently and collaborate with the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Industry experience is not required.
• Must be available to work weekends.
