LEASING CONSULTANT

Tuscan Reserve | Palm Coast, FL

Burlington Capital Properties is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join the team at Tuscan Reserve in Palm Coast, Florida. We are looking for a customer-focused individual who enjoys working with people, building positive relationships, and helping prospective residents find their next home. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented approach are important to success in this role.

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | Saturdays required, with one weekday off, though some flexibility may be available.

Work is required on-site during posted office hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

The Successful Leasing Consultant Will:

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, including apartment tours, applicant qualification, preparation of required documents, and move-in coordination.
• Provide responsive, professional service to current and prospective residents and assist with resident events and promotions as directed by management.
• Communicate with current residents regarding lease renewals, rental rates, and related leasing information.
• Promote the community's features, amenities, and benefits to prospective residents.
• Work collaboratively with the onsite team to support leasing goals and overall property performance.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in team activities as requested.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous customer service experience required.
• One to two years of sales or leasing experience, or equivalent experience, preferred.
• Previous experience with RealPage is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills, including timely follow-up and communication.
• Ability to communicate professionally and work effectively with residents, coworkers, vendors, and the public.
• Ability to follow instructions, work with minimal supervision, and contribute to a team environment.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with computers and standard office equipment.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; conduct apartment tours; navigate stairs; and perform routine office duties, including using a computer and office equipment. Must be able to bend, reach, and occasionally lift or carry items as needed. Qualified individuals with disabilities may request reasonable accommodations to perform the essential functions.
