As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the face of the community, creating positive first impressions and delivering an outstanding experience for prospective and current residents. We are looking for a professional who excels at building relationships, achieving leasing goals, and providing exceptional service at every interaction.

What You'll Do

Showcase the Community

• Conduct engaging property tours for prospective residents
• Highlight community amenities, apartment features, and neighborhood benefits
• Create excitement around the lifestyle and value offered by the community

Drive Occupancy & Leasing Success

• Build rapport with prospects and help guide them through the leasing process
• Assist applicants with qualification requirements and application procedures
• Collect necessary documentation and initiate background screenings
• Support occupancy and retention goals through effective sales and follow-up efforts

Deliver Exceptional Resident Service

• Provide professional and friendly assistance to current residents
• Help ensure resident satisfaction and retention through timely communication
• Maintain a welcoming office environment and positive resident relationships

Administrative & Office Responsibilities

• Complete leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Maintain resident and prospect records
• Coordinate move-in activities and ensure apartments are ready for occupancy
• Support daily office operations and assist with additional projects as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational School education required
• Minimum of 1 year of leasing, customer service, sales, hospitality, or related experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer proficiency in a Windows environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellent service

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while conducting tours
• Ability to navigate stairs and multiple buildings throughout the property
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to operate office equipment and maintain an active presence within the community
