Wingate Management Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant / Assistant Property Manager to join a 136-unit Class B market-rate community in Brookline, MA. This role is ideal for an energetic, organized, and service-driven professional who enjoys both the sales and operational sides of property management.
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Occasional Saturday Availability Required Based on Leasing Needs

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in related field or industry
- Knowledge of OneSite Property Management software a plus, but not required
- Section 8, Tax Credit and EIV experience strongly preferred (affordable properties)
