Description

Job Responsibilities

Greet and professionally assist prospective residents and current residents
Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
Follow up with prospective residents and convert leads into leases
Prepare and process rental applications, leases, and related documentation
Maintain accurate records and resident files
Assist with resident retention and customer service initiatives
Stay knowledgeable about pricing, availability, community features, and competitors
Assist with marketing and maintaining the property's curb appeal
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
Utilize property management software to maintain leasing activity and resident information
Support the Property Manager and team with additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

1+ year of apartment leasing experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or RealPage preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Weekend availability required
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
