We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team and help create a welcoming, positive experience for current and prospective residents. In this role, you will support leasing efforts, build strong relationships, and help connect people with a place they are proud to call home.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the community, apartments, and amenities
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from initial contact to lease signing
- Accurately complete leasing paperwork, applications, and related administrative tasks
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, availability, policies, and community features
- Follow up with prospective residents to encourage conversions and support occupancy goals
- Assist with resident retention efforts by delivering excellent customer service
- Support marketing efforts, outreach initiatives, and community events as needed
- Work collaboratively with property management and maintenance teams to address resident needs
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable using property management software, email, and standard office applications
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Organized, dependable, and proactive in following through on tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience with apartment leasing or residential property management
- Knowledge of fair housing principles and leasing compliance practices
- Ability to build rapport quickly and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Strong presentation and closing skills
