Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Harrisburg, PA. This position is responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding applicants through the leasing process. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, managing applications, preparing lease documents, inputting service requests and accurately maintaining leasing and resident records. The role also involves supporting resident retention efforts through proactive communication and resolving concerns. The Leasing Consultant will collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure an exceptional resident experience and meet occupancy goals.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse residents and prospects.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Harrisburg, PA, with a reliable presence and punctuality.
• Comfort using property management software, CRM tools, and basic office applications (email, spreadsheets, word processing).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications in real estate or property management are a plus.
