What You'll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a vital role in the success of our community by:

• Greeting prospects with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Conducting engaging apartment tours that showcase our community
• Following up with prospects and converting leads into new residents
• Assisting applicants throughout the leasing process
• Providing exceptional customer service to current and future residents
• Supporting resident retention and community events
• Assisting with outreach marketing and social media efforts
• Working closely with your teammates to create a positive, welcoming community

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is energetic, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality with a professional appearance
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule
• Active, valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Current vehicle liability insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Yardi property management software
• Experience working with Elise AI
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Marketing or outreach experience
