Job Duties Include:
- Touring & leasing apartments while staying Fair Housing compliant and providing stellar customer service
- Maintaining the high property standards and service that contribute to our industry-leading resident retention rate
- Performing administrative tasks such as file maintenance
- Assisting with property social media postings
- Support resident relations through resident events and community engagement
Job Requirements:
- Excited to learn leasing process and property management industry - even if you're just starting out
- Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills including ability to utilize Microsoft Office and learn industry software
- Availability to work a varied schedule including weekends during peak leasing season
- Reliable transportation
