What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing inquiries
Build strong relationships with residents and prospects
Manage leasing applications and ensure compliance with company policies
Maintain accurate records and support community marketing efforts
Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and customer service background
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Proficiency with basic computer applications
Previous leasing or property management experience preferred (but not required)
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
